Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Edu Paper and Stationery Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturer of high-quality notebooks and paper stationery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining excellent customer relationships within the stationery industry.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the stationery industry.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products.

Requirements:
• Fresh Graduate Diploma from Marketing, Business Administration are encouraged to apply.
• SPM holder are encourage to apply
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the stationery industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Provide own car
Stationery or publication experience will be advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
(Location: Base at Puchong, Selangor)

Pay: Start From RM3,500.00 – RM5,000.00 per month

Sales Representatives

Responsibility / Job Scopes
• Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
• Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
• Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
• Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
• Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable
marketing materials.
• Researching competitors’ products and pricing as well as market conditions.
• Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
• Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.

Pay & Benefit
Pay: Start From RM2,000.00 – RM3,500.00 per month

Join our team at Edu Paper and Stationery Sdn Bhd as a Senior Sales Executive (Team Leader) and lead a team of sales professionals in promoting our high-quality notebooks and paper stationery. As a senior member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing key accounts, and providing leadership to achieve our sales objectives in the stationery industry.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and market presence.
• Identify and pursue key accounts to drive business growth.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record in sales, with experience in team leadership.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Provide own car.
